  2. Sedimentary rocks • Sedimentary rocks are made of sediments. • Most sedimentary rocks form when sediments are compacted or cemented together . • Some sedimentary rocks are crystals and minerals that can dissolve in water.

  3. Igneous Rock • Igneous rock is formed after melted rock hardens. • Lava turns into igneous rock. • Igneous rock is magma before it hardens and cools.

  4. MetamorphicRocks • A metamorphic rock is a rock made by heat and pressure • Slate is a type of metamorphic rock. • Metamorphic rocks are just rocks the have been “morphed” into a different rock.

  5. Rocks are awesome • You should learn more about rocks because rocks are cool !!!
