What is an InstitutionElectronic Portfolio? • An efficient tool to present an electronic snapshot on the academic and operational happenings of an institution.  • A vehicle to display information, documentation, and resources for program (NCAT, etc.) or institutional accreditation purposes (PEAQ and/or AQIP).

Institutional Electronic (e)Portfolios: Evidence of Effectiveness • The Institutional Electronic Portfolio is designed to showcase an institution in a new way: Linking Learning, Improvement Processes & Measurement/Accountability • Provides evidence of learning • Serves a purpose of external & internal improvement, processes and results within a team structure • Ensures external accountability

  10. Institutional (Systems) ePortfolio: AQIP Template • The Institutional Electronic Portfolio template allows an institution to electronically display and document its activities with regard to the nine key components of the Academic Quality Improvement Project (AQIP).
