Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: The Parents as Teachers program will increase the customer satisfaction with the coordination of services from an estimated 70% to 97%. RESULTS: • Parents reported 87% customer satisfaction with service coordination between the Early Childhood Special Education, Title I and Preschool Programs. Additional Information: • 91% of parents reported the PAT program provides them with effective parenting strategies • 86% of parents reported the Group Meetings provided them with effective parenting strategies
Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL: The Parents as Teachers program will increase the customer satisfaction with the coordination of services from an estimated 70% to 97%. GOAL STATUS: Progress was made toward achievement of program goal. DEPLOYMENT LEVEL: Services are well deployed, although deployment may vary in some areas or schools.
Plan for Evaluation Measurable Outcomes Data Collection Methods • Parents will report satisfaction of 97% or above with parenting strategies provided by Parents as Teachers. • The Parents as Teachers program will increase the number of developmental screenings provided to children ages 3-5 during the 2009-2010 school year. • Assessments • Document reviews • Surveys and questionnaires • Interviews • Focus Groups
