Resources: AZCIS research, interest surveys, etc. Wants and needs: Job security (know that I have a job when I wake up in the morning) Financial stability (I can pay my bills and have some money saved in my bank account) Gather information: Review documents for: • Education/Training • Occupational Tasks/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Tools/Technology • Wages • Working Conditions
