Creating and Modifying WordArt Text ACTIVITY 4.1 • Open FCTHASpecials.docx then save as WordS4-01. • Complete a spelling and grammar check. • To apply a theme click Page Layout, Themes, then select Flow.

Changing the Table Layout ACTIVITY 4.6 • Click anywhere in MAUI FLIGHTS then click Align Center in Table Tools Layout tab. • Select cells containing Adventure, Destination, Price, and FCT, click Align Center then press Ctrl + B to apply bold. • Select all cells containingprices then click AlignTop Center. • Click outside table todeselect cells. • Save WordS4-03.docx.
Selecting Cells with the Keyboard • Tab to select next cell’s contents • Shift + tab to select preceding cell’s content • Alt + 5 (on keypad with Num Lock off) to select entire table • Hold Shift key then press an arrow key to select adjacent cells. • Position insertion point in top cell of column, hold down shift key, and press Down Arrow key until column is selected.
