  1. Steps to Add Exchange Mailbox Data to Outlook 2010 Without Having Any Trouble

  2. At very first user has to Open MS Outlook 2010 on your system. Then Click on the File Menu tab then go to Info option from drop down menu, then click on the Account Settings.

  3. After that a new window will be open then go for Highlighted Accounts and then click on the Change option next to repair option.

  4. A new window will open which have naming option for Exchange server, then name your server then click on the More Settings from the right down corner.

  5. After then again a new window will be open which will have Advanced option then click on it then choose mailboxes and then click on the Add button, then go for OKbutton.

  6. Enter the email address of the mailbox in the Addmailboxfield. After clicking on OK button a pop-up window will option add mailbox then add mailbox, click on Ok button.

  7. Make sure a new mailbox is listed, then click on next button to finish the process and then closethe Window.

  8. If user wants to add Exchange mailbox data into other versions of Outlook like 2003 and 2007 then the third party tool i.e. Exchange EDB to PST conversion is available that has more options to add mailbox into Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007.
