  4. BONDI GARDEN DESIGNER The challenges presented to us because of the location of this new build in Tamarama became clear the more time we spent on-site over the cooler months of the year. Kenneth Street has prevailing winds throughout the winter which funnel up the street, making plant choice difficult and establishing the garden even more so.
