2. Midelton Ave, North Bondi Midelton Ave, North Bondi was a fabulous Bondi Landscapes design and construction project. A semi with a significant amount of garden space that was completely wasted in its current state. Our clients commissioned the new design to include a new cobblestone driveway, a long luscious green soft scape side entrance with enclosed bin storage and a clothesline leading onto a lower level entertaining courtyard. Features white brick retaining walls and limestone paving throughout the project. A playful new lawn area is adjacent to timber decking steps leading to the existing ground floor and a new level decking area that adjoins the kitchen-dining area seamlessly. Enclosed bench seating and new scyon fencing leading around the entire property.
