  12. PREVENTIVE MEDICINEMISSION “COUNTER THE HEALTH THREAT” Ensure a Healthy Combat Force Is Able to Deploy Anywhere in the World in 18 Hours, Maintain the Health of the Force During Deployment, & Re-deploy Healthy Paratroopers Assist Commanders in All Aspects of Preventive Medicine

MEDICAL INTELLIGENCE THREAT & COUNTERMEASURES Medical Intelligence Officer for Division Analyze Medical Intel and Advise the Surgeon on Measures Required for Any Contingency Prepare & Brief Medical Threat to CDRs, Key Leaders, and Troops prior to all Deployments, & EDREs Monitor/ Recommend Class III and VIII ESIP items to Counter Health Threat
