Ingram- MyiLibrary Pricing Models Access licensed content in perpetuity- Based on FTE Individual Institutions: • Single – up to 5000 FTE 20% • Multi-User – up to 25K FTE 50% • Platform Fee - $500 annually (under review) Consortia: • Special negotiated discounts for shared collection(s) • Discounts through strategic alliances with consortia for individual library members • Other IDG services available via consortia such as scanning, repository, publisher specific discounts on eBooks, etc.

MyiLibrary Patron Select Usage Based Acquisition Model • Library commits defined budget and time frame • Library has access to all available MyiLibrary titles fitting its profile • Profile can include subjects, publishers, pub dates, title price limit • MARC records are provided – tag to bulk load & remove • eBook titles are tagged for purchase upon 2nd hit by library user • Library is invoiced or deposit account debited monthly for tagged titles • At conclusion of program (when either the budget or time frame expires) non purchased titles access is removed leaving library a collection of eBooks with 100% usage • New set of MARC records for owned titled will be provided • Library has valuable usage data to create ongoing eBook collection profile
