It will also reference the ICDs applicable to the science instruments. Instrument Developer’s Handbook – Will be a narrative guide describing how an instrument is developed, discussing the documents to be delivered and the reviews that will be held. Observer’s Handbook – Will be a narrative guide describing how to apply for and use observing time on SOFIA.
