As more consumers turn to the web to research and book travel, having a strong digital presence is no longer a commodity – it’s essential. Jaypee Hotels (5 Star) wanted to: • Steal marketing share from competitors • Drive direct bookings • Increase sales • Increase “brand” awareness • Build customer loyalty • Manage online reputations 300% increased bookings in just one Year

CASE Study Strategizing the Target Market Let’s delve deeper into how BMM helped Hotel – Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Greater Noida - meet their goals and solidify themselves as leaders in the hospitality industry for its Properties Location. • Delhi NCR has the unique honor of being home to one of the busiest airport in India. It sees more than 2 million passengers each quarter and mostly they being Business and Corporate Travelers . • With this large number of passengers coming and going each day and mostly for business travel, we knew there was a huge, untapped potential for Jaypee Hotels to grow their market share for corporate travelers during the weekend. • However, we also knew it’d be particularly challenging to craft the type of content that not only reached the airport’s passenger population, but also convey them to stay longer for the weekend and that too at a Retreat 5-star Property. Last year crossed 870 Stay-Days/ month for Corporate Travellers

  3. CASE Study A Closer Look… An a “weekend getaway”, the Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort is focused on offering highly priced but elite rooms that caters well to families for weekend stays. Compared to other names in the industry, guests are not very familiar with the Hotel and in 2019, BMM joined forces with Jaypee Hotels to breathe new life into the hotel’s search engine optimization and digital marketing efforts for its property in Greater Noida. • We began by revamping the hotel’s website (specific pages) based on user-experience audits and competitor tracking. Simultaneously, we enhanced the hotel’s web presence through monitoring and updating third-party directories, as well as profiles found on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) review sites. • We then unleashed our content marketing team to create and distribute press releases, highly shareworthy articles, digital fact sheets and more to establish the Spa Resort as a leader for Getaways and also as a wedding destination (with its banquet). • Our work delivered results that exceeded our client’s expectations, which is why, in July - 2019, BMM expanded its partnership with the group to handle social media and reputation management.
