  2. Office.com/setup – Transferring mail from one account to another on Gmail Firstly, go to your current Gmail account and press on the Settings. Then, press the POP Download part, press Enable POP for every mail as the Status. Next, after the messages get accessed with POP, you need to select the option called archive Gmail’s copy from the pull-down menu for having your old account’s inbox cleared. After that, choose to delete Gmail’s copy rather than moving mail. Then, Save Changes. Lastly, check that you got all the old mails.

Then, press on Archive incoming messages so that imported mails don’t get displayed and make a clutter at your new Gmail account’s inbox. After that, press on Add Account. Next, press ‘Yes, I want to be able to send mail as …. @gmail.com’ below ‘Would you like to be able to send mail as ….@gmail.com?’
