Internship Work Plan 200 hours • Assist in the curriculum development of a professional development series for the department’s student leaders • Create an assessment and evaluation plan to measure the effectiveness of the series in meeting its learning outcomes • Implement the curriculum for the professional development series
Topics & Format Professional Development Series Overview Purpose & Goals Expose Students to Leadership Development Help students to articulate what they learn in their leadership roles Translate the skills and experiences learned from positions to resume Supporting student success after graduation Increase professionalism
