Entstehungszeit: Erste Aufzeichnungen reichen in das Jahr 1800 zurück, direkte Niederschriften finden sich in seinem Skizzenbuch vom Februar und März 1804, die Fertigstellung erfolgte vom April 1807 bis zum Frühjahr 1808.
