Location Delmax, LLC manufacturing base is located in 2 km from M1 highway «Brest – Minsk – Moscow»,in industrial area of Dzerzhinsk city, close to the entrance to the city, has convenient entrance both for light vehicles and trucks. Bus station and “Koydanovo” railroad station are nearby.   5. Administrative and amenity building (built) • Two story building, dimensions 36,4 m. х 12 m. х 7,2 m., floor height -3 m., floor area 720 m2, basement space -360 m2. Equipped with electrical supply, water supply, canalization, ventilation. External walls are made from cinder blocks with thermal rock-face, low-slope roof, foundation is made of cast reinforced concrete on piles. Interior finishing is partially fulfilled, doors and two-chambered PVC windows are adjusted.

Manufacturing building Manufacturing one-story building, dimensions 72m.х36m.х7,2m., equipped with electrical supply, water supply, canalization, ventilation, heating, under hung overhead-traveling cranes – 3,2 t. External walls are made from cinder blocks with thermal rock-face, foundation is made of cast reinforced concrete. 0 work cycle is carried out: pile field is adjusted, cast-in place reinforcing belt is flooded, backfilling of foundation is done.

  7. Garage-parking (put into operation in 2015) Manufacturing one-story building, dimensions 48m.х18m.х7,4m., equipped with electrical supply, water supply, canalization, ventilation, fire alarm system. Walls are made from cinder blocks, round and even roof made of profile metal plate with heat insulation. Gates – metal roll-up doors, height – 4,8 m. – 8 units, 2 repair pits, length 13 m., filling concrete floor, turn around area for cars. Can be used for storage and processing of different freights, car parking area, organization of service station for light vehicles and trucks.

Boiler-house (designed) Manufacturing one-story building, dimensions 120m.х18m.х9,8m., equipped with electrical supply, water supply, canalization, ventilation, heating system, hanging lifting crane, capability 3,2 t., height up to base of roof truss – 7,2 m. Round and even roof made of profile metal plate with heat insulation. Hard surface tote road. Boiler-house- one-story building, dimensions 6,3m.х7,3m.х4,5m. Attached to gable façade of warehouse. Intended for heating, ventilation and hot water supply of manufacturing base, main fuel – natural gas, heat carrier – water.

Transformer sub-station (built, put into operation– 2015) • Modular integrated transformer sub-station in concrete shell • MITS- 630/10/0,4  • Voltage HV - 10 kV; • Voltage LV - 0,4 kV; • Capacity of adjusted power transformer - 150 kW. Territory of manufacturing base is fenced, access railroad branch with uploading platform for uploading and loading of railway vehicles, stepped up railway track is designed.

Delmax, LLC has received certificate of compliance for exercise of the functions of customer/construction customer, delivery of engineering services in the construction industry of 3rd category. Certificate of compliance for exercise of the functions of prime contractor of 4th category. Certificates of compliance for all types of construction works. Delmax, LLC has certified in the Republic of Belarus technology for production of cinder blocks. Wholly owned production line for cinder blocks allows to produce blocks of different size and density 500 kg/m3. In 2011 at the expenses of Delmax, LLC detailed exploration of sand deposits “Ryzhampol’” located at Dzerzhinsk district, Minsk region was carried out. Sand deposits “Ryzhampol’” in total 200 th.m.3 were included in the state balance sheet of recourses of Delmax, LLC . In 2011 at the expenses of Delmax, LLC detailed exploration of sand and gravel mix and sand deposits “Mazury” located at Dzerzhinsk district, Minsk region was carried out. Sand and gravel mix and sanddeposits “Mazury” in total 850,0 th.m.3 were included in the state balance sheet of mineral deposits of Delmax, LLC. Explored field is located 3 km from Fanipol’ city, 20 km from MKAD, 3 km from MKAD-2.
