  4. The Present • The NEI LATF represents the licensing community for commercial nuclear plants • A 24-member Steering Group directs project activities • The NRR Division of Operating Reactor Licensing coordinates NRC participation

  5. Current Topics • Update LAR Guidelines (NEI 06-02, Rev. 1) • Regulatory Issue Resolution Process • Licensed Power Limit • Topical Report Process • Pandemic Licensing Plan • Operability Determination Process • Licensing support to NEI technical task forces
