Mycotoxin Testing Procedure Guide for FGIS Samples

1. ECT Step by Step Mycotoxin 8/08/08

2. Mycotoxin Check Samples For New Test Select FGIS Mycotoxin from Dropdown next to Create New Test To finish an Open test use Search or enter the Test Reference No.

3. Blank General Page Steps to Complete: Enter Service Point or use Lookup Click on Save Click on Next

4. Completed General Page General page must be saved to move to Next page.

5. Blank Standard Page Select Test Type Select Quarter and Year Enter Sample ID values and Targets. Enter Results By and Date Enter Remarks as needed Click on Save Review Click on Submit or Submit/Create Batch

6. Completed Standard Page

7. Batch page Enter Service Point number and select number of samples for that location. Submit to complete batch process.

8. Blank Test Page Select Test Kit. Enter Actual Test values. Kit Lot # required or None if unknown. Enter Results By and Date Click on Save Review Click on Submit

9. Completed Test Page On submit screen moves automatically to Summary Page

10. Summary Screen Results of test kits and Target values shown Click on Cancel to go back to Home page or use breadcrumb menu at the top

11. Remarks Enter any additional information in remarks and hit Save. All remarks are saved the same way. It shows who and when each remarks entry is made. Remarks never locked.

12. Mycotoxin Results Export Reports Use Drop Downs to select Date Range. Select Toxin Type Click on Generate Save Excel worksheet to local drive.
