Ingredients • 3 cups of flour • 1 ½ cups of water • 1 egg • teaspoon of oil • salt
30 grams of sauerkraut • 15 grams of dried mushrooms • 2 onions • 3 cloves of garlic
The dough for dumplings • Knead the flour, add water, oil and salt. Egg sticks. Knead the dough. After establishing leave it for 30 minutes.
