討論 • 由於P25/26序列太短無法直接作protein-protein BLAST • 使用NBD1(P25)作搜尋不易找出於與P25/26相對位置相同的protein 故無法做進一步探討 • 但與NBD1相似性高的序列,多屬於各種ATPase-family的膜蛋白,似乎也可推知膜蛋白的具有Domain彼此具有相當的同源性
