  2. The COL will affect.. • You the individual Rotarian • Your club • Your district • Rotary International • Election of Governors

  3. The COL and you • Increase subscription of USD 1.00 per year till 2013-2014 • Must be 65 years for attendance exempt • Transferring of club membership • Your partner not eligible for TRF awards • Joint subscription to the Rotarian magazine

  4. The COL and your Club • New Generation-5th Avenue • Club Training and Leadership Committee • IPP is official member of Board • Exempt member’s included in attendance • Suspend/Terminate clubs that fail to comply with TRF stewardship

  5. The COL and your Club -2 • District take greater role in club PR • Can give proxy for District Conference voting • Need to inform DG before change of club name • Cannot exclude admission of member based on sexual orientation

  6. The COL and your District • Can have 2 E-Clubs • Date for District Assembly and PETS more flexible • Training Seminar for new Rotarians • EarlyAct club is official • Procedure for handover by DG to DGE

  7. The COL and Rotary • Endorse the New Model Rotary Club • Helping the disable join Rotary • Create Satellite Club membership • Suspended club-termination/reinstatement • Report all expenses of entire RI Board members and TRF Trustees in Annual Report • Travel reimbursement policy for RI

The COL and Election of Governors • Nominating Com-Report within 24 hr • Governor-Announce with 72 hrs • 14 days for filing challenge • Concurrence needs club resolution • Only club that suggest can challenge • Ballot paper need signature of ALL members of District Balloting Com. • Nominating Committee members-not eligible for suggestion.

  9. Punishment for complaints • 2 or more election complaints in 5 years -Disqualify nominee and all candidates -Remove Governor or DGE -Remove all RI Officers • 3 or more election complaints in 5 years -Dissolve the district
