  1. “B” TYPE CROSSING 100 feet Full width of right of way 650 feet 28 feet “ B” Crossings – Clear area as described in existing specification with the following changes to physical limits. Clear the area full width of R/W to a distance 100’ from edge of traveled roadway surface at the edge of R/W (point A). In addition, clear from a point located at 650’ down the track measured from the edge of traveled roadway surface at the crossing and 28’ from centerline of track (point B) on a straight line to point A.
