LP Properties Amber Volponi
Proposal • LP Properties is a rental management company that specializes in apartments and housing for Temple University students, and the company has no website to this date. • My proposal is to create a website utilizing interactive tactics for the company to strengthen current relationships with tenants and build new ones with prospect clients.
Brand • LP Properties is a rental management company specializing in housing for Temple University students. • The brand is very stale, using Craigslist and Facebook ads as a way to reach potential tenants.
Current Site • There is none.
Brand Challenge • There is no website, so this would be the main problem. • The solution would be to create an interactive website, including videos and pictures, discussion boards, comments and concerns. • Provide a way for current tenants to feel better heard and connected to the company.

Web Comp • I wanted the website to feel credible and a little formal, so I went with neutral colors, and basic layout. I didn’t make it too formal, because it shouldn’t feel stuffy either. It is a company that provides housing for college students. • Since there is always some construction going on with new places or remodels, I wanted to convey the feel of construction on the site.
Wrap Up • ZP Properties had no website to begin with, so any type of connection with current and prospective tenants and parents is great. • The brand needed a way to communicate interactively online to better serve their TA.
