Reading On the Go Braille Reader for Bookshare and BRF Files Starting with version 2.0, Mobile Speak for Windows Mobile Smartphones and Mobile Speak for Pocket PCs include a Braille Reader application that handles Braille formatted (BRF) documents, and can unpack Bookshare (BKS) files from Bookshare.org. Product features include: • BRF files available from Bookshare.org, the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped in the United States, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind in Canada, and the International Braille Research Center are supported. • A Bookshare.org Unpack Utility is already built-in, making it unnecessary to install and run a separate application just to decompress Bookshare files. • All text navigation commands can be used inside a BRF file: Read by character, word, line, sentence, paragraph, and continuously from the top of the file or the current cursor position. • Includes an option to search for all supported file formats and present them in a list where user can press Enter on the file he wishes to read next. • The cursor position in a BRF document is remembered when the file is closed so that user can continue reading where he left off when the file is reopened.
