  3. Focus for this session The Leadership BES locates principals right at the centre of leading learning and it strongly acknowledges the role of leaders in making a difference to student achievement outcomes.

This activity is designed to help you identify leadership strategies to lead the implementation of National Standards in your school within the context of The New Zealand Curriculum.The activity focuses On the eight dimensions of the Leadership BES. How have these dimensions been evidenced? Complete the first two columns on the A3 sheet
