12. 3.3.2 政策影响 • 1）促进中国国家林业局与区域相关利益者就非法木材采伐及贸易问题的对话； • From 2005 prompted dialogue between SFA and regional stakeholders on • combating to illegal logging and trade. HK meeting, Turkey meeting, • Cebu meeting. 2) 2006年9月与国家林业局及其他国际组织合作在北京召开了第3次森林对话机制会议,就保护区可持续发展与国有林可持续经营等议题进行了深入研讨; Co-sponsor the 3rd Forestry Dialogue with SFA in 26-28th September 2006 in Beijing which included the topic about sustainable forest management in state own forest areas. • 3) 2006年11月11日到24日，组织国家林业局相关政府官员考察印度尼西亚及澳大利亚就森林可持续经营、认证及木材非法采伐和贸易主题进行实地考察交流; From 11 to 24 NOV 2006, organized SFA high level officials visit Indonesia and Australia to learn and communicate the illegal logging and trade and SFM issues

13. 4) ２００６年底以来协助林业局制定＜中国林业企业海外木材采伐，造林，林产品采购指南＞ From late 2006, Assisting SFA in developing national guidelines on regulating Chinese forestry business's afforestation, harvest, wood purchase behaviors oversea; 5）2006年以来与商务部、海关等部门就可持续林产品贸易议题进行交流座谈; Communicated with Ministry of Commerce and Customs agencies on sustainable forest products trade from 2006 6) 2006年以来与国家环保局,财政部就绿色林产品政府采购政策采纳进行交流 Discussing with SEPA and Ministry of Finance on green wood public procurement policy from 2006

14. 2.3.3 实地工作field work • 1）与企业部门的合作 cooperated with wood business 走访中国东南亚木材最大进口港张家港； field trip to Zhangjia gang Port 走访5家林产加工企业, 并在瑞丽了解林产企业原料产销监管链情况 Field trip to some wood process companies, explain and encourage them clarify the COC, adopt the wood source control system

16. 2.4 Next step下一步工作计划 • 政策层面：（bi-lateral level and national level) • --- Negotiating to co-sponsor the EU-China International Symposium on Sustainable Forestry Trade” in 2007 in Beijing; • 商讨2007年协助举办“中欧林产品可持续贸易国际研讨会” • --- Organizing a delegation consist of officials from SFA and MOC to the US to discussion about sustainable forest products trade in 2007. • 　加强中国与最终消费国就林产品可持贸易进行对话． • --- Progress works laid out in the MOU between China and Indonesia, while also assisting SFA to conduct a feasibility analysis on establishing an intra-governmental mutual recognition mechanism for accrediting legally sourced timber products in 2007. • 推动中国与印尼打击非法木材采伐和贸易ＭＯＵ的进一步履行，探讨政府间木材合法来源互认机制的建立
