Task • Choose THREE strategies from your list of “strategies for character description” • Choose ONE of the following four photographs. • Write one full page using the three strategies to describe the character in the photograph. Imagine that this is the initial description of the character. Use you imagination to supplement the information from the photograph.

His grandfather, who has four sons and two daughters, all of whom now live in California, says: "They wasn't raised to go chasin'. They was raised to stay home."
