  10. Shoe Last • 3D Printed via the Construct @ RIT • Cost approximately $6.60 to print • Premade shoe lasts were $70 or more from an online retailer. • Used to: • Generate upper template • Gain perspective on sizing • Visualize mechanism • Sized to a Women’s 8.5

Finalized Test Plans Comfort Scale Engineering Requirement → Test Plan • Comfort for Customer → Comfort Scale (See Image on Right) • Outsole Cure Time → Based on average time taken taken to fabricate • Changeover Time → Integrated into comfort scale (+100 Tests) • Topsole Fabrication Time → Based on average time taken to fabricate • Durability → Based on testing of 50 users • Toe Bending Give Test → Simple Scale Testing Required • Waterproofing - Submersion Testing
