  4. 恵方巻きの風習： • 江戸から明治時代にかけて大阪で生まれた • 太巻き（ふとまき） • 七種類の具が入っている　（七福神にちなんで）。 • めでたい方向を向いて食べるから「恵方巻き」と呼ばれた。 • １９８９年に広島のセブンイレブンで初めて販売されてから、全国に広まりました。
