Project objective Wider objective: • - Contribute to develop a model of NQF and making MK higher education harmonized with EHEA Specific project objective • - To design and develop a model of National Qualifications Framework for the HE, verified by regulation at ministerial level • - Practical implementation of the NQF through accepted set of levels, in which all learning achievements may be measured and related to each other in a coherent way and which defines the relationship between all education and training awards in the HE in MK

Project outcomes • 1. The NQF designed and developed 1.1. Reviewing on the existing qualifications at national level;1.2.Training visits for designing and developing of the NQF; 1.3.Asigning qualifications to the levels; 1.4. Workshop for designing the NQF; • 2. Operational mechanisms for the implementation of NQF set up and verified 2.1. Training visits for implementation of the NQF; 2.2.Seting up criteria for accreditatation and registration of qualifications in NQF, and verifying at ministerial level; 2.3. Preparing and publishing guide for NQF; 2.4. Designing learning outcomes oriented study programmes. • 3. Relevant communication equipment for implementation of NQF purchased and installed 3.1. Evaluating communication equipment and IT needs relevant for NQF; 3.2.Purchasing the relevant equipment, • 4. Established NQF agency and relevant employability offices 4.1. Establishing of NQF agency;4.2. Establishing employability offices;4.3. Preparing a set of europass documents;4.4. A pilot group of students on a study visit to EUIs; • 5. Dissemination 5.1. Indicators of progress • 1.Consistency of the NQF with the Berlin and Bergen Communiqué • 2.Verifying the criteria for accreditation and registration of qualification in NQF at ministerial level • 3. Facilitating communication opportunities between MK partners for getting relevant information • 4. Ensuring the quality in implementation of NQF, increasing knowledge and understanding of the framework among HEIs and organizations providing learning opportunities, employers, professional bodies, advice agencies • 5.Encouraging the institutions to carry out quality enhancement activities • 6.Securing adequate resources for continuation of the process • 7. Ensuring the quality and exactness of the published information • 8. Ensuring effective and efficient project management
