  2. Guideline #10 –Highlight respective standards addressed in your lesson. Type your name & date presented on respective Crocodoc. Before beginning, please make you have engaged in the previous Guideline tutorials.

  3. Begin by logging into an internet browser.This tutorial will be demonstrated in Google Chrome. This will display the Indian River State College Adult Education Career Pathways website In your URL address bar type: WWW.irscAECP.org

  4. Select Employees

  5. Select Virtual Workrooms

  6. Select Live Virtual Lessons Teacher Page

  7. See Guideline #10. For this lesson, we will demonstrate how to edit the ABE Standards Crocodoc. Click on the ABE Standards Crocodoc. Welcome to the Live Virtual Lessons Teacher Page! Quick access: www.irscElluminate.blogSpot.com

  8. Notice the collaborators of this document. Welcome to the ABE Standards Crocodoc!

  9. Scroll down to find the standard you addressed in your lesson. Notice the document you are working in. Note: If your name does not appear in the collaborators, contact one of the collaborators and request to be added to the list if necessary.

  10. Select the Annotate key & type your first name & the date your recorded your lesson. Select the Highlight key and highlight the competency you addressed in your lesson. Make certain to highlight the subject, level, standard, and competency of the lesson you taught.

  11. Simply download the Annotated Version to your computer. That’s it! Oh, except to backup, backup, backup ALL technological work of course! Tip: Save the document with the same name each time you save so you always have just the backup of the last version, unless you save versions with the date in the title of course. We will always use the live web-based version, but at least you now have a backup! Notice, we can track who did what, when too!
