Protein • Where do you get your protein everyday? • Here is something to think about… • It takes a lot of energy and time to raise farm animals to allos us to consume a huge amount of protein with unwanted nutrient, such as saturated fat. Lentils would take shorter amount of time and energy to grow comparing to raising farm animals and also contain less fat and saturated fat.
