Use compatible numbers to perform mental calculations. Use various techniques of compensation to do mental calculations. Use Left-to-Right Method, Multiplying by Powers of 10 and Multiplying by Special Factors to do mental calculations. Use different processes of Computational Estimation to approximate and answer to a computation. Apply Range/Front-End Estimation/ to approximate answers to computations. Apply Rounding Techniques (Round up/down/to 5/to nearest even/ to compatible numebrs to approximate answers to computations.
