This tutorial will contain new best practice content. • The old content is at: http://eclipse.org/mylyn/presentations/ • The new content will be distributed at the tutorial. • Laptops are encouraged but not required. • We will have Mylyn distributions available on site, but it is easiest if you download and install the latest: http://eclipse.org/mylyn/downloads/ • If you are new to Mylyn, consider taking a quick look at the overview materials: http://eclipse.org/mylyn/start • Content • We will review the core ideas behind the tool and how to apply them. • The focus will be on Java, but concepts apply to other languages. • You will learn the best practices that will provide you and your team with the dramatic productivity benefits touted by experienced users. • We will review the extensions available to integrate Mylyn with your existing tools and processes. • By the end of this tutorial you will be ready to start using Mylyn.
