Why do I have to keep myProject up-to-date? • myProject feeds data into other systems and databases, so it is important that you keep the information in myProject fresh. • For example, the data that is in myProject is exported to: • IEEE SA DB (SA Database) • Data from the SADB feeds the product store and other data bases • IEEE SA Eproject Files

  3. Who updates the data? • Some data is updated by the system automatically upon a process running. • Some data is updated by users who do some action in the system. Some examples include: • Sponsor ballot Start Date • PAR submission Date • Some data is updated manually by users. Some key info is updated by SA Staff: • Sponsor Information • Sponsor Name • Sponsor Web Site • Sponsor Chair • WG Information • WG Name • WG Web site • WG Chair (updated by the Sponsor Chair)
