Constitutional Monarchy • For the most part, the monarchs in a C.M. do not have any real power. The power is held by another part of the government • For example, in Great Britain government decisions are made by Parliament

Types of democracies • Direct • In a direct democracy, citizens make policy and law decisions in person, without going through representatives • Representative • Citizens elect representatives to make gov’t decisions to benefit the whole nation
