  4. TIME TO FIX THE CLOCK LE LE will no longer be used to fix clocks Use LE only if a client Lost Exemption and reporting the change was not required You are not required to change cases that have already been coded LE

Time to Fix the Clock All cases open 10/13 – 12/13 should be coded YI unless another exemption is allowed -except for those that were prorated for 10/13 = PM These cases will be followed by E9 through 9/14 unless another exemption exists Case must be shut down if no other exemption exists LE may be used for 10/14 only to allow time for notification.

  12. Remember • When a renewal application is received timely and customer meets no other exemption discontinue the case or remove customer from household for reason 012. • No ANPA is needed at IR/Recertification to close the case, only adequate notice.
