Time to Fix the Clock All cases open 10/13 – 12/13 should be coded YI unless another exemption is allowed -except for those that were prorated for 10/13 = PM These cases will be followed by E9 through 9/14 unless another exemption exists Case must be shut down if no other exemption exists LE may be used for 10/14 only to allow time for notification.

Remember • When a renewal application is received timely and customer meets no other exemption discontinue the case or remove customer from household for reason 012. • No ANPA is needed at IR/Recertification to close the case, only adequate notice.
