  2. Wage Revision 2010-11 • Union submitted COD on 23/07/2010 • MOS signed on : 27/01/2011 • Demand Rs. ` 6500/- per month • Average Increase: ` 3291/- per month • TMs covered under COD: 241 No’s • IR Situation is Cordial.

  3. Appreciation pay/Gift • Both staff and TMs were paid ` 27,500/- • Paid before Diwali holiday as a practice. • No plan to give any gifts for Etios launch

  4. EL-encashment • Legal opinion : to be paid on total salary in all cases except during yearly leave encashment. • Details of group company's given below. • As a corporate it is our responsibility to follow and abide the rules under various labour enactment.

  6. ESI COVERAGE • Only 3 regular TMs covered-1/11/2010 • As per COD three will be discontinued from medical Insurance. • Now we have 20 TMs/trainees covered. • All contract workmen are covered.
