  3. Narrative Lead • Increasing in popularity • Example: “The call came at 11:00 a.m., three days before Christmas. Marguerite Brown, R.N., donor coordinator for Stanford University Medical Center’s transplant program, took it at her desk. There had been a crib death in Fargo, N.D. The four-month-old infant’s heart had been resuscitated, but the brain had not survived.”
