  3. Wal-Mart scans a car’s V.I.N. when it is serviced so they keep great records.

  4. >Basically, I wanted to know how many miles I had driven on these tires, maybe I would have tried a more expensive type to compare mileage and price. >But when I asked the employee how many miles I had driven on the worn out tires they just said, “Well you definitely need four new tires.”
