  2. Purpose… • Localize the conversations • Get more in depth with your understanding • Gather and share new ideas

  3. Tables… • Each table has an idea presented today • Each table has poster paper and pens • Each table has chairs at it

The rounds… 20 minutes (ish) • Find the idea you want to talk about and have a seat • Record your conversation highlights on the poster paper • Think about the idea in these terms (at least to start) • Concerns at the student, school or district level. • Is there something at the regional level that we can work together on to solve problems around this issue? • What solutions have you tried that might work for others? • Two, maybe three rounds…

  5. Here we go… • Round 1 • Round 2 • Round 3

  6. Debrief… 15 minutes • Gallery walk • Put your table’s poster on the wall • Grab a sticky note, or five, for your additional thoughts • Wander the posters and add your thoughts!

  7. Final share out… • Any big thoughts that need to get out to the large group???
