Working with the people of Camden to achieve the best health for all Service Overview CYP Community Atopy Service • Clinics Launched July 2017 • Nurse Led Service • Supporting the care needs/management for children with Asthma and Eczema within primary care settings • Established in 5 Practices Across Camden • Patients have a choice to be seen at the practice which is closest to them if the referring practices are not host to the service • Consultations and activity uploaded to Emis- accessible to practice • Referrals received from both Primary and Secondary Care
