Tagging / Social bookmarking • Idea: Tag favorites in the Browser • Problem: • Only local access on one computer • Interesting websites of other users are not viewable • Tags are key words which describe interesting websites. These key words are saved as favorites (= bookmarks) on a website. • Social bookmarks are: • From the users of the platform • Mark favorite sites • Advantages of tags • Tags are „labels“ which mark interesting websites. • Evaluation of interesting websites is done by all users.
