  6. Implimentation AR content module: <kml> <placemark> HTML+CSS+JavaScript </placemark> </kml> (Longitude, Latitude, Altitude)

  7. Implimentation Twitter/ Comments • Twitter API: finds geotagged tweets in a radius around the user. • jQuery Ajax to retrieve JSON data from twitter.com • The twitter JSON data is then used to create new JSON placemark objects that are then turned into new KML placemarks

  9. Methodology • Observation • Observe the process of a customer ordering • Taking notes about what he did while viewing the menu and what questions he asked. • Carefully capture the details of user’s non-verbal motions • Video record this process(Permission)

  10. Methodology • Interview: semi-structured interview the customer • Focus on what problem they met • What kind of menu they want to use waiters 1. How many customers feel confused about the menu? 2. What is their typical explanation for this kind of questions. 3. How to improve the menu?
