Classroom Safety • Instructors are responsible for the safety of students during classroom or instructional period
Classroom Safety • Aisles within classrooms and access to exits must remain clear to allow for a quick and orderly exit if necessary
Classroom Safety • Instructors should set a good example by observing all safety rules and wearing appropriate protective equipment
Classroom Safety • Be alert for unsafe conditions; observe what students are doing, and take effective corrective action promptly
Classroom Safety • Review laboratory experiments, craft projects or field activities for health, safety, and environmental problems before they are assigned to students
Classroom Safety • Inform students of potential hazards associated with laboratory, shop, or field work prior to activities
