  3. Today We Will… • Use slides to overview but mostly demonstrate: • the ribbon • changes to the grid • scheduling modes and active tasks • the timeline view • the team planner • the task inspector • the backstage area • Other things…please ask questions as we go

  13. Rich Copy and Paste • Start in Outlook or Excel, and copy in hierarchy with formatting

  14. Grid Changes • Excel-like functionality • Add new column type aware • Great filter group and sort on columns • Great insert column • Highlights and squiggles

  15. Manual Scheduling Mode • Tasks stay put • Top Down Summary Tasks • Task entry can be incomplete • Field entry supports text • Scheduled Start and Finish

  16. Task Inspector • Building on Task Drivers with something like an active project guide… the best of previous features with some added steroids

  17. Active and Inactive Tasks • Active Tasks add cost and time, inactive tasks don’t. Why is this brilliant?
