Where are the young children? • High concentrations and high proportions found in clusters in east and north Tulsa. • Large concentrations also found in the suburbs, especially Owasso, Collinsville, Jenks and Glenpool. • Lower concentrations and proportions of young children found in certain sections of north Tulsa and central and south Tulsa.
