  2. About Quro Pipeline Organization News Contact Home Site Map Quro Science Inc. Quro is a spin-off biotechnology company from Institut Pasteur Korea (IP-K) committed to develop novel therapeutics against infectious diseases. Quro’s main focus is on human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis C virus (HCV) and tuberculosis (TB) infection. Quro has exclusive rights to develop and commercialize drug candidates discovered with IP-K’s proprietary state-of-the-art technologies including the PhenomicScreenTM and PhenomicIDTM platforms. Quro has in-house expertise in preclinical and clinical development management and operates as a virtual company using contract research organizations (CROs) for execution of the development works. Quro intends to license out the products in the course of the clinical development to larger partners for further development.

About Quro Pipeline Organization News Contact Home Site Map Management Team Dr. Ulf Nehrbass, CEO Dr. Nehrbass graduated in Biochemistry from Cambridge University, UK, and obtained his Ph.D. at the EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany in 1992. After a postdoctoral position in the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the Rockefeller University, New York, he joined the Institut Pasteur in Paris, in 1998 where he was Head of the Nuclear Cell Biology unit and CNRS Research Director. After a number of research awards he was elected member of EMBO in 2005. He has been CEO of IP-Korea since its inception in 2004.
