How does your PK support the management of explicit and tacit knowledge? • GURU doesn't have a database of knowledge itself, but offers this knowledge as expert freelancers. • We could say these are a mix of explicit and tacit knowledge, so GURU trusts people experience and information better than stored knowledge.

  3. What are the key technical features of PK? • Database of freelancer experts classified by topic. Makes it easier to find the right expert according to your project requirements. • Compares significant facts such as percentage of awarded jobs per bids, earnings, etc

  4. What supporting technologies from our first lecture are included in PK? • Communication tools, such as help forums, mail boxes, real time messages between project manager and freelancers. • Classified freelancers database. • Project storage during the development.
