Changing paper notices. Into email notices. How much paper we’re using. Once a fortnight we send out 280 newsletters so we are using 280 sheets of paper. This week we sent out 266 notices and 88 other sheets of paper. Every week we use around about 140 to 200 additional sheets of paper.

  2. How much paper we’re using • Once a fortnight we send out 280 newsletters so we are using 280 sheets of paper. • This week we sent out 266 notices and 88 other sheets of paper. • Every week we use around about 140 to 200 additional sheets of paper.

  3. A medium sized tree provides 1000 to 2000 sheets of paper. The whole senior syndicate hands out to their class every term 1032 sheets of paper.

  4. Why emailing is easier • Emailing notices is easier because you can send more than one notice at a time. • When you email notices you save money because it costs very little to email compared to print.

  5. How many times do the paper bins go out each week? • The paper bins can hold up to 110 litres. • 8 paper bins go out each week. • 32 paper bins go out in a month. • That is 3,520 litres every month!

  6. The reason I am doing this is because… • It is easier for the parents • It cost less money • It is faster • You can send other notices at the same time • You can reply to the notices!
